The solar panel has no output voltage, put a voltage meter on it and nothing no volts. Here is the best now part it has a 1 year warranty. Try to contact anyone for this product in almost impossible. Sent two Emails with no response back. in the imformation given with the unit, 0 phone numbers for contacting the company. Can send email to them, but they will not respond back. They give you a warranty card with no mailing address on the card. To some it up a one year warrany catch us if you can. Read more
