I was surprised how nice this pitcher is! It was so inexpensive I had super low expectations. I honestly expected it to be light weight and flimsy with a sub par finish .... but I just wanted a simple pitcher to steam my cream in. So I was set to accept that. But I was blown away at the high quality. FINISH It is made from thick walled stainless steel with a super fine dual finish. The stainless is polished bright finish on the outside and brushed on the inside. SCALE It has an easy to read dual scale listing both ounces and ml on the inside. For me, my only negative is that I wish the scale extended just a little further ... it stops at 4 oz / 100ml and typically I steam only 2 oz. But I can eye ball it. FREE TOOL It even came with a free tool. Which is also very good grade. Honestly, It'll probably end up in my tool kit because I do not do latte art. I'm just all about the flavor and a good pour. :D MY OPINION Over all, I couldn't be happier. WOULD I BUY IT AGAIN? Absolutely! SIZE One thing unfortunately I probably need to drive home ... it is small. It is the size of all 12 oz pitchers .. but so it was the exact size I expected. But I am sure some people will complain about how small it is. So if you are unaware it is a 12 ounce pitcher with a smidge extra space .... that means it is around the size of your fist. Some baristas like 16oz. If you're planning on using it on the porch during the sultry summer to pour a tall glass of cold ice water for your friends ... you're going to be gravely disappointed. Well made. Good price. Works great. In fact, the shape and depth of this product make frothing milk/cream so much easier and with better results that using a glass measuring cup. Added this fine piece into my at home collection! I use it daily with no issues however I do hand wash. Heats my milk up perfectly and the spout is chefs kiss!
