Tried this wrist wrap last night and it worked well. Took me a minute to figure how to wrap it but once I did it felt secure and supported my wrist well. I’m learning Pickleball and felt the strain on my wrist and elbow. Ordered this and a tennis elbow wrap. As I was needing to learn how to play left handed (bad right shoulder) my wrist was letting me know it wasn’t quite strong enough yet so I put the wrap on and it helped tremendously. I kept the tennis elbow band on my right arm as I played a couple games using the right arm and it proved beneficial. The compression was as it should be when wrapped appropriately - not too tight, just snug enough to give support. I would buy again should I need another wrap for the wrist. I really love wearing this. It keeps my wrist stable and is comfortable to wear. It wraps around the wrist once and You can wear it loose, or as tight as you need it. You can also wear it higher on the wrist, closer to your hand, so that it limits mobility. It’s not bulky and I can wear it without creating a lot of attention. I have the pink/gray and it blends in to what I’m wearing vs the black one. Read more
