Everything’s great except that sometimes the handle doesn’t turn right and it takes a few times to get it on correctly. Other than that, it works great. I have found a much better option, though for a fraction of the price. I bought this one for my mom and the one that cost about $30 I bought for myself and I like it better because it doesn’t take up much counter space and it makes the same exact cup of coffee. The machine heats up quickly, so I don’t have to wait too long in the morning to make my coffee. The espresso comes out rich and flavorful, with a nice crema on top, which shows that the pressure and temperature are well balanced. I also really like the manual steam wand. It gives good control for frothing milk, making it easy to prepare lattes and cappuccinos with smooth, creamy foam. It can also make 2 espresso at the same time, so we don’t have to spend double time. The wand is simple to clean, which is a big plus for daily use.
