Many larger plugs don't have a base larger enough to ensure it won't suck all the way in, this plug has a T flare base that solves this problem. The neck on this isn't skinny or long so when wearing long term it keeps the area right after the opening expanded and let's it learn to relax which helps prep for larger toys. Read more
Definitely big and firm, has little to no give. I can see how the short neck of this toy can make the toy uncomfortable, at least at first. It's taking me a little effort to get used to it but it is not too bad. It felt a little more comfortable the second time I used it but you know it’s inside you for sure, lol. I regularly take plugs and other toys larger than this, but can't this to work without way too much effort. Culprit is that this thing is just too stiff and the girth to length ration doesn't work with my anatomy. Also, on this, the 3XL, the base is way to small in relation the girth of the toy and it does not reliably prevent the plug from becoming entrapped in the bowel. Read more
Bought 2 different sizes and I will say it is a jump up in size. If you are looking for a more gradual increase then you might have to look elsewhere when sizing up. The quality is good but it can be uncomfortable at first with it's pinching. I've had less pinching or issues over time. Easy to use with water lube and good value for its cost. I do recommend if you are first trying and if you are looking for something inexpensive and easy to clean. Read more
