I regularly take plugs and other toys larger than this, but can't this to work without way too much effort. Culprit is that this thing is just too stiff and the girth to length ration doesn't work with my anatomy. Also, on this, the 3XL, the base is way to small in relation the girth of the toy and it does not reliably prevent the plug from becoming entrapped in the bowel. Read more

Bought 2 different sizes and I will say it is a jump up in size. If you are looking for a more gradual increase then you might have to look elsewhere when sizing up.
