My car keeps popping a dummy light because there is some rust on my catalytic converter, no holes or punctures ot leaks, so my mechanic recommended I get a diagnostic machine to clear the code whenever the service engine soon light comes on and it's the pulling the converter's code. It came on once in the past two months and this diagnostics machine was so easy to use. I was easily able to connect it to my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, followed the instructions, it scanned quickly and read the code, I confirmed the code is the converter and was able to clear it so I'm not being plagued by that dashboard light over nothing.
