The Best Storage Containers I have

I am totally satisfied with these containers. Another set I have is strictly for curing home made ice cream. The best results come from small portions of a batch. They did well, but I thought, rather than three-cup containers, that two-cup ones would be even better. Indeed, I found that two cups is better for the curing process without being tedious. Two cups is the ideal size portion for when self-control might be lacking, as well. ;-) Of course, they can be used for storing left-overs like my others. So, the utility and practicality are still in the mix. They are heavier glass than my three-cup containers. The seals are better on the lids.
