I use these magnesium flakes strictly for bath soaks. The calming sensation and relaxing of muscles is very noticeable when I use warm/hot water in my bathtub and soak for 15+ minutes. This helps me sleep considerably easier, both by falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer though the night. *Disclaimer* If you have any open sores or cuts, this product will burn in those areas a bit as this is a salt, even in a tub of water. I consider this feeling a "healing" feeling but it's not going to be comfortable for everyone as a forewarning. Roughly 50% of the entire population doesn't get enough magnesium.
