I have been taking this daily for 4 years. My bone scans show my osteopenia has improved. I don't know if this is the reason, but I am going to continue to use this product. I use the "Beauty Within Guava Passionfruit" powder mixed with water - it has a very good taste. I drink my coffee black, so I do not like it in my coffee. (My Mom and Sister use the plan version in their coffee with cream.) Read more
MY SON PUT US ON TO THIS, IT IS NOW A STAPLE EVERY MORNING, WE BUY THE VANILLA AND IT HAS TAKEN THE PLACE OF A CREAMER WITH OUR FIRST CUP OF COFFEE, DISOLVES EASILY, WE FEEL SO MUCH BETTER SINCE TAKING THIS AND NAILS ARE GROWING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS. WE FIND IT A LITTLE PRICEY BUT OVER THE YEARS HAVE TRIED OTHERS BUT THIS ONE SEEMS TO FIT THE BILL SO TO SPEAK, HAVE PASSED THE INFO ON TO FRIENDS ETC. AS HAS MY SON AND MANY ARE NOW USING IT. I HAD PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT THE UNDFLAVORED, BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO BUY VANILLA TO GET THE "BRAIN BOOST" . UNFLAVORED SEEMED TO MIX BETTER AND WAS MORE VERSATILE AS FAR AS MIXING. THE VANILLA TASTE IS NOT HATEFUL, BUT NOT GOOD EITHER. I CANNOT MIX IT WITH WATER ALONE. I DO NOT LIKE THE TASTE IN HOT COFFEE, EITHER EITH CREAM OR BLACK. MIXING IN BLACK COLD BREW WITH A LITTLE STEVIA AND CINNAMON IS PRETTY GOOD. Read more
