I swear this stuff has prevented me from getting sick a handful of times that my kids have shared with our whole household. If I stop taking it for any amount of time I just happen to catch a cold. Might be a coincidence but I choose not to think so. And the collagen effect is an absolute bonus! My nails are fantastic and my hair is growing so long! This is a pretty good collagen and colostrum supplement. I've taken both supplements separately before so I'm familiar with their benefits. I like being able to take both in one supplement. They seem to be effective for me. I'm taking this to help with my skin, hair, gut, and to relieve pain in my joints and I do think it helps. The capsules are easy to take and don't have a bad taste or smell. I like that I don't have to mix any powders to take this. It is a little bit expensive. Also, I wish this supplement was made in a GMP certified lab or at least lab tested. Read more
