I’m constantly looking at a screen from my phone, computer, etc. I’m a teacher and a student and I was starting to get some minor headaches. These have really helped me. I did see some reviews on these where people were saying they don’t block the light. But that’s not true. I used the light and card it came with and it does block the light. As I’ve been wearing them I have not got a minor headaches anymore. I love the Tortoise and Black print. Not only do they work. They’re cheap and stylish. Read more
