*UPDATE* Seller reached out after my initial review and offered me the choice of a refund or a new mirror. Based on this response, I would definitely order from them again. As I said initially, I really love the mirrors, they are beautiful! I ordered 2 of these mirrors for a bathroom renovation. The first one we installed was perfect and I love it. Unfortunately, this bigger one has a defect. We opened the mirror when it arrived to check that it wasn’t broken since the box looked beat up. The mirror itself was fine, but we didn’t notice a defect in the frame right away. When we were ready to install it, the window of return time had passed. It was hard to photograph, but you can see there was a "wave" in the frame where it bowed out a bit. At this point I was disappointed, I knew I couldn’t return it and the contractors were ready to hang it up. So we now have a defective mirror hanging in the bathroom. I suggest you look it over very carefully when it first arrives. I really do like the look of the mirror, just disappointed that it was defective. Read more

I purchased these mirrors for my primary bathroom due to the numerous positive reviews but also because they were available in less-common sizes, like 36x30. Also, I preferred the "picture hook" hanging method over the French cleat. My contractor had no problem hanging them although he did choose to use his own hardware instead of what was included. The mirrors arrived well-packed and without any damage. The glass itself is high quality and bright. These weren't the cheapest mirrors on Amazon, but they were much less than similar mirrors go for at places like Pottery Barn or Rejuvenation. The only thing I would mention is that the edges aren't rolled , the glass appears to be floating within the metal frame. I like it and it works well in my bathroom. So far, so good. My renovation is not quite finished so I'm not actually using the bathroom yet, but I feel good about these mirrors. Read more

This came well protected in It's shipping package. It's a nice mirror with no distortion. The frame is good. I selected the brushed bronze. It's pretty heavy. I don't plan to hang it until I get until get a proper mounting bracket, it's much too heavy to be supported using the hardware provided in drywall alone. I really wish I could have given it five stars. It would have looked nicer if the edge was beveled, especially since the glass is "floating" so that it doesn't touch the frame. This is a beautiful, high quality mirror. The color of the gold metal is as pictured--it is not brassy but has a nice warmth and matte finish. The glass/mirror has nice depth and image clarity. I can't say enough good about the quality of this mirror, and you're not going to come close to the price at any of the large retailers. The mirror was delivered in 2 days while I'm still waiting for products from other large retailers! I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again. Read more
