The OO are perfect in size for filling by hand and for swallowing. I would recommend 100% And made with beef and not pork. Read more
Works well.
I use them with Brewers Yeast because anyone will tell you that that stuff tastes like sucking on something dead! But I put the B-yeast into the capsules (about 4) and then I can down the stuff but it is a bit messy to do, it is better than having to taste the stuff. Might use it for other powdered health food products I have around the house. Glad I found them on Amazon. Read more
