Every bit as good as the name brand. Just wash your face before you put these on. They won't stick well if you have an oily face. I accidentally bought the smaller ones one time, but they still worked OK if I just put them higher on my nose. There are 2 sizes, so get the right size. The large ones are pretty big to be honest. I have a pretty big nose, so those work well for me, and I can put them pretty low to where they grab the edge of the nostril. There is no reason to pay extra for the name brand. I live in these. Being pregnant and having allergies means rarely being able to breathe clearly. These strips are wonderful at helping that at a fraction of the cost of name brand strips. They stick really well, to the point it hurts sometimes to tear them off, even when I've wetted them. But if it means not being a mouth breather I'm all for it. Read more

I usually buy nasal strips in a 50 pack from a large chain corner drugstore when they are buy 1 get one 50% off, and they are still expensive. I saw these and you absolutely cannot beat the price, but was totally prepared for them to not be as good (not stick throughout the night). Let me tell you, this is not the case! They are, in fact, so sticky after removal and washing your face, that he has to use rubbing alcohol to get the last of the stick off. These nose strips work okay but are a little long and I have a longer than average nose and the adhesion works pretty well on some but not as well on others, although it does make my nose itch and I noted this from other reviews as well but the itching goes away after five minutes or you stop noticing. The price is awesome as is the quantity of what you receive. I would give this a 3.5 star rating at best. It helps but the strips are too long so the results are lessened as compared with brand name ones. If these strips were shorter they would work better. I am going to try cutting them with scissors. I like these, the adhesive works great all night, and they help me to sleep better. Be sure to wash the sides of your nose first before applying if you have a somewhat oily nose. This brand is just as good as the large size breathe right strips, I thought they might be a bit larger (longer) based on some reviews, but they're the same size. I was prepared to snip off a bit on the ends if needed, but not necessary for me, I don't have a large nose but all the different brand's medium size were always a little too short. The are not as stiff as Breath Right strips and do no work as well. But they do work good enough for me, your mileage may vary depending on how bad your snoring is. The do stick better than Breath Right strips, just clean your skin/nose before applying - same as Breathe Right strips. I do breathe better with Breath Right strips, but I sleep better know I am saving a lot of money with these. Read more
