I am so glad I finally bought this Anker 6-port charging station. My desk was a nightmare of different power bricks—one for my MacBook Air, one for my new iPhone 17, one for my iPad, plus chargers for my watch, headphones, and power bank. This single, compact hub has replaced all of them. Real-World Power & Performance: This thing is a workhorse. The "112W Max" is the total output, and the way it's distributed is brilliant. I use the 30W USB-C port to power my MacBook Air, and it handles it perfectly. The other USB-C ports are powerful enough to fast-charge my iPhone 17 (it juices it up incredibly fast, just as advertised) and my iPad simultaneously. The three USB-A ports are perfect for all my other gadgets. My AirPods, Apple Watch, and wireless mouse dongle are all plugged in and charging without any issues. Having 6 ports (3 USB-C, 3 USB-A) is the perfect mix of "future-proof" and "legacy-compatible." Design & Thoughtful Extras: It's smaller than I expected and has a nice, heavy-duty feel with rubber feet, so it stays put on my desk. The 5-foot power cord that plugs into the wall is a huge plus, as it let me place the charger exactly where I wanted it, not be limited by outlet proximity. I also really appreciate the included silicone cable organizer. It's a small thing, but it shows Anker was thinking about the reason people buy this: to tidy up. It helps keep my charging cables from becoming a tangled mess. Final Verdict: If your desk looks like a rat's nest of white charging bricks and cables, just get this. It’s the definition of a "quality of life" upgrade. It has simplified my entire workspace, and I trust the Anker brand to charge all my expensive devices safely. It's one of my favorite tech purchases this year. Read more
I have been using Anker chargers since I got my first smartphone over 10 years ago, and they still hold up the quality and workmanship. Pros: - Very well built. - Amazing value for money. - Works perfectly to be a central charging station to hide behind the desk or just table top fits perfectly. - Fast charging, medium, and slow speed charging occur depending how what conditioning I would want to charge. - Well built, that has a bit of a weight to it, and sits firmly. Cons: - None Read more
As an outdoor photographer, I move around a lot. I need gear that is easy to pack, facilitates multi-tasking, and can take a knock or two. This Anker charger easily passes the test. It may be labeled "desktop," and it's not the lightest such gadget, but it'll go almost anywhere. This one charger can handle my laptop thanks to the 30W port plus a couple of external hard drives and a camera multi-battery charger. That's a lot of power delivered reasonably fast and it'll do it plugged into a wall socket in the local coffeeshop or a sine converter plugged into my car parked along a gravel road in Yellowstone. No more need for multiple device specific chargers. So yeah, I like it a lot and am glad to have it. Read more
This charger has quickly become one of those things I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. I originally bought one for my nightstand so I could charge everything overnight in one spot, and it worked so well that I immediately bought a second one for my desk at work. The charging speed is excellent. All of my devices charge quickly and reliably, even when multiple ports are being used at the same time. No slow trickle charging, no overheating, and no juggling outlets or power strips anymore. Having six ports in a compact desktop charger makes life genuinely easier. One cable hub replaces a pile of bricks and cords, and everything stays organized and accessible. It’s simple, powerful, and just works. If you’re tired of outlet chaos and want a clean, fast, all-in-one charging solution for your nightstand or desk, this is an easy recommendation. I love it and would absolutely buy it again. (The three I have purchased are fantastic two months in!) Read more
