After going through several styles of phone mounts, I was delighted to find this one. After using this one for a couple months, I’m sticking with it long-term. The charger mounts via heavy-duty Velcro to a pad that you stick to your dash. The Velcro surface is large enough that you can adjust the alignment a bit, but it’s best to dry-fit everything to locate your ideal placement before peeling off the backing and sticking the Velcro pad down. Once it’s all set, it’s a very solid setup. The magnet holds well and the swivel head has a positive feel. If you don't mid having an adhesive on uour dash the velcro attachment works pefect for the absolute best placement in my vehicle. The arm of this product is bendable to curve to your dash. The magsafe attachment will swivel for adjustment. A charging cord goes into that to wirelessly charge your phone when it is secured. Buy this now. Good quality. Easy compatibility because you only stick to the vehicle a Velcro sticker. Then the holder sticks to that and you bend the arm to custom fit your dash due to the quality design. Then can connect usbc to the strong magnet for it to charge. Cable and usbc car cigarette lighter charger all included. I haven’t noticed a heat level issue, but if seems it’s getting hot, I’d just unhook the usbc cable from the magnet. The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this. I was looking for a way to use my phone as gps and music like carplay but without having to buy a dedicated screen. This checked all the boxes, sleek, adjustable, high build quality, Qi2 charging, Magsafe... perfect. I followed the instructions very carefully to ensure it stuck to the dash. I cleaned the dash, used both alcohol pads to clean it, let it dry. Attached the velcro base, held it down firmly for a full 2 minutes. Then for the next 72 hours I put a heavy object on top of it to ensure it had the best chance to fully stick to the dash. Day 1 of using the mount, it looks great but the magnet strengh is so strong I saw the velcro pad flex. Day 2 I took this vidi where it came right off my dash when trying to remove my phone. Loving this so far. Holds my Z Fold 7 perfectly whether it is closed or open in tablet mode. Fast wireless charging works great as well. Like that they provided two bases so I can move from my car to the family car by just un-velcroing and taking the stand and cords to the other car. Great charger. Very practical for putting around the car. Only downside is the Velcro is too strong for the adhesive. The adhesive ripped off while trying to move the stand. Both adhesives are peeling off less than a month in. I followed the instructions perfectly and even let them sit longer than recommended. Great charger and mount combo. Probably the best I've ever used. Its great that you can mount it over your vehicle vents that way the AC can keep your phone cool and out of the sun in the summer time. Also charges very fast. IT DOES work with Samsung phones (using it with my S24 Ultra) if you have a proper mag safe case. Anker is also a very decent and reputable brand from which I also have other accesories. I have this mounted sideways and the velcro and sticky tape hold well. The bendable portion holds its shape easily. This is the best mount I've used for Qi2. I use a different charger though that has 2 ports at 30w each (Ankers chargers are usually great, but I wanted more ports). Read more
