These are well made and broadly adjustable ankle weights, available in a variety of weight sizes. They are very secure with long Velcro straps and stainless steel loops. But the strength of the Velcro can make the weights difficult to attach and remove. I have found the best approach is to leave the straps loosely attached to the stainless steel loops when you remove the weights. That means when you want to attach them again you need only to put your feet through the weights and tighten the Velcro straps. Read more

These are going back. I misunderstood that their adjustability did not refer to the weight as with some other similar listings. The set is fairly pricey andf fro that I expected a more durable fabric cover, not the non-woven looking stuff these are made of - I wouldn't give them a month under regular use. The straps aren't particularly sturdy, either.. i think I will just buy something locally that I can examine first. Read more
