Doesn't fit

Items arrived broken but not due to packaging. Requested a return and was asked to send photo of item and the packaging. I had thrown the packaging away already. The 'universal' prongs on the inside to fit snuggly on your dryer have little give and was ~1/4" too small in radius to go over my Revlon hair dryer. Read more

This item melted within the first minute of using. I am sending this product back in hopes to be credited for this product. Not only did the attachment melted, but it also ruined my hair dryer and I had to throw my hair dryer away and purchase a brand new dryer. Very disappointing! Read more
