I worked night shift for years. This means I slept in the day. I used to lay a washcloth over my eyes which helped block the sunlight. Now I wear this sleep mask. It works great! I put it to the test by falling asleep with my curtain open and my light on in broad daylight and it was still pitch black in the eye mask when you opened your eyes. It's worth the $5! Very durable and has an adjustable strap so you don't have to worry about it not fitting! Helps with my migraines- very comfortable. One trick I do is place the mask in the freezer dry, this helps when I'm having a migraine. The cushioning is soft, it blocks all the light. Very comfortable to wear and adjust. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the elastic seems a bit weak, and I can see it wearing out faster than expected. The foam ear plugs are cheap and not worth using. Worth purchasing when on sale. Read more
