I’m 5’6”, 145lbs, 34b and bought size M. Really like the flattering knit design. Of course it’s all one color but the pattern/lines of the knit stitching emphasize a feminine shape more than other knit dresses that just have straight vertical rib-lines. What’s important to me is that it naturally comes in at the waist and isn’t over stretched at the hips. I can opt to wear a belt or not, both options look good. The fabric is a medium winter weight and opaque. A “spanx” type slip underneath keeps everything smooth. The dress holds its original shape very well! I can wear the it 3-4x before washing and returning it back to its pre-stretched shape. Wash and dry it gently to keep fabric from pilling. I don’t over-heat in this dress. Dress arrived well packaged and in new, unworn condition. No odor was detected upon removal from the shrink pack bag. The color is really beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The ribbing is perfect, not too wide. The fabric is definitely not thin. I consider it a medium weight, not see through. I love the detail at the neck and on the bodice . The fit is snug for sure but it is a body con dress and it does stretch. I expected this dress would be more of a maxi since I'm 5'3.5. It's just a bit shorter than I expected but I can deal with that. The sleeve length is perfect for once. I laundered the dress in cold water and dried it briefly, hung it still very damp. The fold lines were slightly visible. After it dries, I will iron it on a warm setting. I am confident that this will be effective. This lovely dress is stylish and well made. Upon putting on the dress for the first time, the neck collar seam of the dress completed came apart and is no longer wearable. I can’t imagine how this could happen other than sub-par stitching of this dress. I don’t know if the one I received was a lemon or not but this shows that the company has poor quality control standards.
