Sadly I am returning this only because it’s too small. I knew I was taking a chance with the XL because I have a much larger bust (40H) and heavy arms and normally wear an XXL but I was hopeful. I never leave reviews but wanted to here because this is a gorgeous piece of clothing. If it came in an XXL I would be getting all of the colors. I ordered the cream. First thing that struck me was how heavy and well made it felt. This is not the thin cheap material of other tops. It’s a beautiful medium-heavy weight sweater. The knit is extremely fine though so it doesn’t feel chunky at all. And although it feels heavy it could absolutely be worn in the summer. Not sheer at all. Sleeves were a bit tight on me but I think it’s just my arms. It would be appropriate for an office setting or for a day out running errands with jeans or linen pants or similar. Read more

You should size down in this sweater. I am a large, size 12 or sometimes 10 in tops (38d). The medium fits perfectly. The ribbing around the neckline adds a richness to the sweater, and it is cut just right (not too low or too high). I like the way the waist slouches — it is slimming without being clingy (nice for those of us with more apple shape). The sweater weight is a bit warm for summer — it’s an ideal fall/spring/winter pick. If you like classic cuts, this is a great purchase. It does not look like fast fashion, and I am cautiously optimistic that it will last longer than anything sold at this price point typically does. I bought 3 more colors after getting this one.
