I have 2 of these dresses now and they are so comfortable and look nice! I love the bodice with the empire waist and full sleeves. The skirt is not too full, but flows and drapes nicely. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE EVERYTHING about this dress!! Lovely, soft, feminine & flowy material. Super comfortable! I wash it on delicate, cold water & hang to dry. I have gotten so many compliments! I am 5’ 6 1/2”, 117 lbs. Ordered Small. I very much enjoy is being a little loose & the length is perfect as it comes to 2” above my ankle bone. This dress is not see through & very breathable. I bought this on a recommendation for a friend. I like the different pattern/color options and the dress is cute. The material is a bit thin, I felt like I needed to wear a slip. However, for summer it does make it cool. the fit seemed a bit weird when I first put it on, the top doesn't have a really defined area where the sleeves start so in certain positions, it seemed like it was a bit droopy around the chest area, like maybe I needed to be a bit larger there. But, it's very comfortable and I did get some compliments on it! It comes VERY wrinkled so plan on throwing it in the washer or dryer or doing some ironing. This dress does not have pockets. I purchased this dress to wear to my sons graduation. I wanted something comfortable and light weight that was flattering and stylish, and this did not disappoint! This dress is made of a lightweight material that was perfect for a hot Texas day. The color was a true black and has remained just as vibrant even after washing! I purchased a Large, as I wanted a loose, flowy fit and it was perfect! For reference I am size 8-10 so could have gone with a medium, but wanted the oversized fit for breathability and comfort. Great dress. It does not cling and flows easily. It is so comfortable. I have 2 of these dresses. I am 5 ft. 2 and weigh 160 lbs. I have had 4 C sections so it is difficult to find a flattering dress that covers the tummy area and yet does not look like a sack. I normally wear a Large in a dress but I get this dress in a Medium and it fits perfectly. So comfortable! Read more

This is my idea of an almost perfect little black dress for me, an older woman who does not like to show too much skin. This dress is modest, a bit boho and begs for accessories, which I love to experiment with. Would love it in a medium weight silk but that would be very expensive, or would it? I bought 2 more of these dresses in prints and love them for summer. The rayon material is soft, cool washes well in cold water and low temperature dry, and doesn’t require ironing. Read more

The style of this dress is flattering, in a baggy boho sort of way, and especially so if you are thick in the torso. I am 5'5" 145 pounds and found the length good (hit just below ankle) and the fabric soft and flowy. The sleeves stop at a flattering point on my arms. I would say its true to size. I ordered a L and and XL to compare and the large fit me properly. The XL was too long in the bodice section, resulting in an unflattering fit. The black is a true deep black. The positives got the dress to 3 stars. However, I am disappointed in the quality of the rayon fabric. Although the fabric is quite thin, the packing creases did not steam out easily as with my other rayon dresses. It took several tries with a professional steamer, and even after that creases remain at the seams and gathering lines. The fabric then re-creases very easily. (It might be a better idea to mist it and then tumble in a warm dryer for a short time. ) After I removed all tags and wore the garment, I discovered that where the front bodice seam opens for the neckline that the fabric was shredded along the seam line. I was able to make a repair, but it was very difficult to do on this very thin rayon, and if the fabric wasn't such a dark matte black, would be very noticeable. I haven't washed it yet, but I think this fabric will have to be treated as an extreme delicate. Read more
