I'm 6'1, 175, bought an XL to ensure it was long enough. Love the thumb holes and the way the material feels but it's super annoying how it doesn't stay on my shoulders, it constantly slides down. Not ideal to work out in because of that but good to keep in the car in case you forget your jacket when going into a chilly building. Read more
