OMG! THIS REALLY WORKS! TRIED DIFFERENT SZ AND FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT SZ. IT TAKES A BIT GETTING USED TO (ME ABOUT 10-DAYS). IT WOULD START TO TICKLE AND ACCIDENTALLY SCRATCHED OFF. WASH WITH WARM WATER/SOAP, ALLOW TO DRY AND PUT BACK IN CASE. IF YOU DON'T WANT SURGERY OR HAVE MILD CONGESTION (MILD IS KEY) THIS WORKS! I ALSO HAD THE SOLEA LASER TREATMENT AND THAT STOPPED SNORING 90% (HUSBAND VERY HAPPY). LASER DOES NOT HURT AND TAKES 20-MIN. I'M GOING IN FOR 3RD TREATMENT AND THAT WILL BE 100% FIXED. IF SNORING STARTS UP AGAIN, THEN IT'S JUST GENERAL MAINTENANCE. BETTER THAN SURGERY. AS FOR THESE, I HAD A BLOCKED NOSTRIL NOW AND THEN, HELPS OPEN IMMEDIATELY. LONG SLEEP AND FELT GREAT NEXT DAY. The vents did not fit well and were uncomfortable. My nose complained about the experience and left a rash. Maybe not a good choice if you have sensitive skin. Read more

Some of these arrived a little misshapen but they do eventually mostly straighten out with time and use. They’re still slightly wonky, though. I think maybe there’s just too many shoved into the container? Either way, they still work pretty well. I do notice a difference in my airflow and I appreciate having a variety of sizes and shapes so I can see what works best for me. I think the open ones work a little better than the solid ones, just because the thickness of the plastic on the solid ones takes up some of the room it’s meant to create. Even then, I do see a net benefit. And these are fairly comfortable to wear once you determine the right size. It’s a little odd at first but you get used to it pretty quickly and just forget it’s there. Read more

These anti-snoring nose plugs are uncomfortable and do not work for me. My snoring is lack of air and the additional constriction of these plugs further restricts my breathing. I am also not one for having a tube in my nose to these plugs feel uncomfortable - so uncomfortable that I am very conscious about them up my nose that is all I focus on. The positive is that they are made well and should last a long time. The design is good, just not for me. Read more

These nose vents really help! My husband has been using them to reduce snoring, and they make it easier to breathe at night. Comfortable to wear, and I like that the set comes with multiple sizes. Read more

My husband is a big time snorer. When I saw these, I had to give it a try and am very glad I did. These definitely didn't stop the snoring but definitely reduced it and helped him manage his snoring better. Super easy to use and came with enough to last a while.
