Does not work
After it arrived, I charged it overnight. Then I placed it back in its original bag and then into the original box to keep for emergencies. It remained in the garage for several weeks. It was never dropped or exposed to water or excessive heat. I had the occasion to actually use the jump starter and it seems to be dead. Lights don’t come on when I turn it on. I tried charging it but nothing. Very disappointing. I contacted their customer service through Amazon, but no reply. I requested a return through Amazon from the company and after several days no reply. Would avoid this product. Read more
Works Exactly as Advertised
I got tired of having to wait hours for roadside services. I keep it changed and ready and now I can bless a friend or a stranger having a bad.
