I use my eyes more now than before, being in media and I like watching movies, I'm glad I got this 2 pack from ANYLUV because each offers different blue light blocking protection that I have come to understand and respect. The Clear Lenses block about 75% of blue light and I use them when I'm doing work like color correction, graphics and any other things that I need to see true color, by the way the clear glasses are NOT CLEAR, they have 5%-7% Light Yellow tint so keep that in mind when color matters in what you're doing. The Orange Gaming Lenses block abut 90% of blue light and I use them when color doesn't matter like watching the news, movies, or browsing the internet.
