I don't really spend time to review anything on here unless it is really exceptional or has a serious issue. However, this time I really want to share my experiences to everyone that looking for purchasing zipper-less suitcase for their upcoming trip. I bought the 2-piece set to retire my old S'cure Samsonite suitcases after ton of researches, YouTube videos, reviews.... I decided to give AnyZip a try. I chose it over many similar brands on Amazon due to the simple design and functions. I've been traveling to South East Asia many times and One thing I learned is you need to have a zipper less suitcase to prevent breaking but not screaming too expensive that people might steal the whole suitcase regardless of the lock or zipper. I received the suitcases just 2 days before the trip. They were not disappointed! I love everything about it. It looks awesome in real life and feel study every corner. It can hold so many things that I end up removing stuffs back and forth to make sure It's not overweight. Just couple hours before the flight, I had to open the big suitcase to add one little thing into the suitcase but the lock was stuck! I tried all the combinations I could think of (even I never changed) but I did not open! I ended up breaking the lock and transfer everything into my old Samsonite suitcase! I had no choice. I thought it was not a good way to start your vacation. I tended to send the seller a message but I had no time and was still furious with that freak incident. So I left and 2 weeks after, I was about to throw the suitcase away because I thought returning something this big without the box is such a hassle but my wife said why don't you send the seller an email to let them know, It might help others later. So I sent email with photos. The next morning, AnyZip team replied me with an apologize, mentioned that the lock could be damaged during the transportation and offered to refund the whole amount without sending the suitcase back! I was so surprised and beyond happy with such a genuine and wonderful customer service. I never expected such a swift and generous response like that even with bigger, more reputable companies. I believe whoever behind AnyZip will continue to listen to people and perfect their products in no time. I am greatly appreciate their time and effort to listen to customer and will definitely buying their products again for my upcoming trip. At the meantime, I have a free Carry-On to keep and test. The suitcase arrive in good quality and was exactly as described. We are modifying this into a tradeshow shipping container (no clothes in this) and it worked perfectly. Was traveling overseas and wanted something durable and a hard shell for international travel. After researching a variety of brands and features I settled on this unit. I am impressed. Setting up the locks was a simple process and the capacity was impressive with a little planning. The rollers are smooth and easy to roll on a variety of surfaces. Very disappointed. The wheel on the carry-on broke off on the first use. I was not pleased. I bought the duo for a trip to Africa. I had hoped to avoid having my baggage destroyed considering I had to travel through 4 countries. I thought the baggage, wheels included, would be sturdy. I can say, the outer shell was not damaged. But I was very embarassed to retrieve the baggage mid journey, transferring through the airport with a broken wheel. Thankfully, the larger luggage maintained all wheels. But leaving the airport was more difficult because the carry-on was now off balance. Hopefully, the warranty will provide a replacement. UPDATE: Great communication with the seller. They were very courteous and patient. The seller reached out and requested more information in order to provide the replacement wheel. A REAL BARGAIN, I have not actually utilized my luggage to date. It’s actually purchased in preparation for my trip to Brazil. Why I choose this particular style and color it looks classy and expensive, not the true price I paid, the color. I choose pink as it is my favorite color I’m hoping the pink will stand out making it easy to track. Although I purchase locks, this luggage comes with a combination lock, which is TSA compliant. The luggage seems pretty study, the larger piece does not expand, as space is as if it did expand. The overhead luggage, all pieces are perfect and spacious with wheels and handles side, top had two handles. These type of suitcases are new and not available in stores. I purchased two of them from Amazon so as to be able to compare and keep the one most suitable. This suitcase is well made but heavier by about one pound and slightly smaller than the one I decided to keep. The reason for the one star review is that although Amazon listed this item as "free shipping and 30 day refund/replacement" nowhere is it listed that there is a return fee for this item, which in my case was $23 and this will be deducted from my refund!!
