The design is comfortable, they cover the ears well, and they don't bother me even after wearing them for a long time. The sound is clear and has good bass for everyday use. Audio quality is good. Comfort is great. Battery life could be better, but I'm not deducting stars for that, my issue here is with the mic. It's very low compared to my Logitech, but also you can hear my breath be very loud and it bothers everybody. Once again my Logitech doesn't present this problem. This isn't just people telling me, I've heard it myself by my games test mic settings. Lots of popping and cutting out too. I was ready to return this headset and give it 1 star because I could not get the Bluetooth to work. However I reached out to the seller by email and they replied next day with steps to switch between connection types. This was not explained in the documentation. Minus one star. *The process is, once powered on, press the power button twice quickly. A message will then play indicating which connection mode is active. The headset has great sound for this price point. It is comfortable, has good build quality and the battery lasts a long time. I have not needed to recharge even after hours of gaming followed by binge watching shows. It is also is very good looking. A great feature is that it can be used while charging, if you have a long enough USB-C cable. I tried it but I haven't needed to use that feature. The included cable is not really long enough for charging while wearing the headset. Also, support from the seller by email was very good. They stated that the headset has a12 month warranty and that the product would be replaced if Bluetooth couldn't be made to work. Read more
