I looked at less expensive drying racks but this one was worth the little extra that I paid. It came completely assembled and easily slid OUT to the widest setting allowed and folded upwards. The tabs to secure it in place are sturdy. Overall the rack is well made and sturdy. It holds an impressive amount of laundry and should help me with those items that cannot go into the dryer. Very sturdy. Doesn't wobble ( so far). Doesn't snag clothes. Easy to store as it folds up nicely. Might want to tie it to smaller size when storing as it can slide out to larger size. Smaller size is a nice additional feature/option. Unlocking grips on top can be a bit tricky (only reason I'm giving item 3 stars instead of 4). Overall a good quality product. Read more

I’ve only had this 1 day, but I really like it already. I had a wooden ladder clothes drying rack just like this growing up and I finally decided to get one instead of laying laundry out everywhere. I looked at a ton of these online; the really big ones, the ones with wings, the ones that look like trees, the wood ones, etc. I ended up deciding to go with something I knew and I’m so happy I did. This is very sturdy. The metal feels substantial. The feet sit flat on the floor. The joints are a bit stiff, but that just means it isn’t going to be wobbly to set up or move. The latch mechanism at the top can not be knocked loose, so this can’t suddenly collapse (I remember that from my childhood). But the feature I didn’t realize it had was that it is expandable horizontally. I didn’t read very well i guess. When it arrives, it’s about 17 inches wide, which is great for me as it takes up a smaller amount of space than I thought. But it can expand to 30 inches wide for more or larger items. And when expanded it still feels just as sturdy. This was much less expensive than some of the large wing models. But given how well it works, it a very good value. So happy I finally picked this one. Read more
