I love it! I get a ton of compliments on the strap. Perfect for keeping my hands and arms free to do things. Bigger than I thought it would be, which is sublime! Remember there are two pockets, I thought I lost my phone at an amusement park for a whole minute because I didn't realize that I put it in the wrong pocket. Got two reg. store 16.9 oz water bottles in it at one point (without my phone), but it was poking through uncomfortably. One 16.9 water bottle, Samsung ultra phone, cash, and credit cards fit with room to find them. I am probably going to get a different color one as well. The white one is pretty Nordic/winter-looking. Love this bag!! I prefer a crossbody or backpack design for purses. I like smaller bags and have 2 kids I’m always chasing after so my hands need to be free. The pockets are the perfect size. I have space for everything I need plus some! The front pocket fits my iPhone 11 smoothly. I do wish the magnet button was a little higher to snap with my phone inside but it feels secure.
