I was doubtful about getting a refurbished product however they have lasted very long and are still working flawlessly. Of course there were some small almost unnoticeable marks on the EarPods themselves from where they got worked on but it’s barely there, you cannot tell from a distance. The noise cancelling its perfect, connectivity is flawless if you also have other apple products, battery is wonderful because the case gives you around 3 charges, sometimes I forget to charge them but although the case might be empty they usually have 30% on them. I loved these AirPods and used them moderately until a few months ago when they started having interference sounds in the bud. Nonetheless I let them go fully powered down and decided to see if that might work and they will not even charge. I’m so upset to have this happen just after the warranty is up. They work perfectly it’s just noise cancellation and transparency mode doesn’t work. It make a loud noise when I select either of them so basically put it on “ Off mode” which doesn’t make them sound any different. They just won’t cut out any background sound, that’s basically what transparency and noise cancellation is. they still look/feel/sound & seem brand new. I received this item and at first, it seemed to be working correctly. However, the right earbud crackled and distorted, especially with loud noise or wind during noise cancelling. I contacted Apple support, who redirected me to an authorized retailer ~20 minutes away from me. Upon arriving, I was told both earbuds are failing. Not only that, but the warranty was expired and the repair cost was the same as the price of the item ($80/ earbud for repair). I contacted Amazon, who told me that the item cannot be replaced. What? It says right on the item that it can be replaced. "With at least 90% battery life, it comes in deluxe, Amazon-branded packaging and is backed by a one-year warranty and technical support." "This product is eligible for a replacement or refund within a year of receipt if you are not satisfied." According to Darren, the second Amazon support rep I got a hold of: Tom Delonge I'd like to change my refund to a replacement then, if possible 12:55:42 AM Darren I checked and we don't have the option to replace it. 12:57:08 AM Our only option here is to return it for refund This is simply false advertising. Shame on you, Amazon, for having me take an hour out of my day to find out you lied to me about quality and then forcing a refund instead of making it right. I loved the product guarantee card that came with it. Looked like it was hand written and checked off. It didn’t come packaged in anything apple which stunk. But they work great. Only thing I’d change is for Amazong to include an USBC to IPhone charger cord. It came with usb to iPhone cord. Other than that definitely well worth your money. Read more

I use these for at least an hour a day. At work, I typically have them in for a few hours at a time and I pop them in their case to charge when I'm away from my desk. The case holds multiple charges for the AirPods themselves. I use them at the gym and sweat has caused me no issues. The tips pop off and on easily enough to clean them from time to time. I bought myself a pair a year or two ago and I have not gone a week without them since. Loved them so much that I bought my sister a pair for Christmas. She loves them too.
