Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She had been asking for an iPhone for the past 2 Christmases. The phone came in white box not the typical iPhone box so that added more of a shocked response when she opened the box up. No other gifts mattered once she saw she finally got her an iPhone. The phone looked brand new with no scratches on it. The screen size was perfect. The purple is a nice shade, not too bright. The phone charged up to 96% which is not bad at all. There were no issues when getting the phone activated with our carrier (Metro). I did purchase an Otterbox to protect the phone if she did accidently drop it and it fit perfectly. I love my new iPhone 14. The phone looked brand new without a scratch. Every bit as advertised. Battery health is 87 percent so I can live with it. The only thing I can actually knock is it came with a generic charger but at this price and well the phone functions I really can't complain. Read more
The phone's exterior was in excellent condition, with only a couple of tiny paint marks along the edges. The screen and the rest of the exterior looked near mint, easily a nine out of ten. The added screen protector was a nice bonus, and I did not see any scratches underneath it. All of the critical functions worked normally, including Face ID, the touchscreen, the camera, and iMessage, and I had no issues activating it on T Mobile. The only reason I dropped a star is that the battery health was 82%. For a phone listed in excellent condition, I would expect something closer to eighty-nine percent. The phone is in excellent condition! It has just one small mark near the camera. It came well packaged, was unlocked, and works very well. I admit I was very afraid of receiving something bad, but it really surprised me. First time we’ve attempted to purchase a phone from Amazon, and we’ve actually had a great experience. My husband’s phone stopped charging and I needed to get a quick replacement for him without having to spend a ton of money at the phone store on an upgrade. We looked around and found this one at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly, was very easy to set up, and we’ve had zero problems. Ordered in October and it’s January and so far no problems. It was pretty good, all was in order, the battery health was at 95 and I think is fear, the screen was clean and without any scratches, and the price was fear, I pay for the excellent one btw, so if you all want the best one I recommend you to buy the expensive one trust me it make the price. I say 3 stars because visually it’s perfect and for the price of $350 it was somewhat worth it. The phone I received has some kind of connection based issue. When I connected to my WiFi to move over all my apps I instantly noticed it was downloading apps very slow or not at all. Once I finally got an app to DL it wouldn’t allow me to log in giving an error prompt. Waited next day to get it connected to my service provider, thinking the issue was because the phone has a WiFi problem, but after “turning the phone on” I was still getting the error messages after trying to log in even with cellular on and WiFi off. Finally after 30mins to an 1hr of searching and after attempting to self diagnose(literally looked up how to do it) I had the thought to use a VPN and it worked and allowed me to log into my apps. I’d leave 5 stars but the phone is not exactly what I would call “excellent” condition. Scratches on the phone body as well as the camera housing. I would expect something more “perfect” condition with it listed as excellent. The phone does work great though. I’d request an exchange if switching to another device wasn’t such a pain Read more
