I have not had any trouble with it at all. It charges well and holds charge for about 2 days before needing charged again. It was easy to set up and pair with my apple phone and I love the look. Battery life is the main issue I find, like MANY other people. The display quality is better than expected and the sleep monitor seems accurate.
