Anything to hep the gut is all aces in my book
I usually take the ingredients in this product raw, but I don't have time to be scraping aloe leaves every morning. Maybe I should but I'm glad to have this as an alternative to keep my hut health on point. Time will tell
I have bad reactions to gluten and sugar and all sorts of other digestive issues. I’ve been taking this for about a month, and honestly I haven’t seen much improvement. I do know that leaky gut can take a long time to repair, especially if you are causing flareups by eating trigger foods. The ingredients in this supplement are all spot on according to a quick Google search, so I'm hoping for the best. No adverse reactions or discomfort so far so I plan to keep taking them.
