My husband raved about how comfy these swim trunks were, so did my son. I am happy that they have come up with something better than netting that doesn't rub. I do like the material too, it is super soft and pleasant to launder. The lining is better than my guys expected and isn't as compressing as they thought it would be, so that is a plus. The thickness of the material is great as it dries super fast. The price point was perfect for being able to buy multiple pairs for easier washing too. There is much stretchiness to them, except where there should be, in the waist! The sizing in them is right on too, I would recommend maybe sizing down if you are in between sizes. How have I lived so long on earth and not found these swim shorts until now. I go on something we call tube fest every year, which is an eight hour float in a tube down a river, and twenty years ago I watched a documentary saying you should always have a "filter" for peeing in the river so bacteria doesn't enter places it shouldn't. I always wore a pair of spandex shorts and then regular shorts over them. However now I found these and they are such a life saver, probably literally, who knows, they could have possibly saved me from bacteria infection. They have the compression shorts sewn right in, no need to wear double layers! The built in compression shorts fit nice and snug to your legs. While the shorts are comfortable and have great pockets.
