If you are on the go and like the exercise equipment that is portable, this is one to add to the collection. Ability to fill will water and empty when done to put in your luggage is awesome. Some may not like how the water moves inside, and will take some getting used to if having always used ones filled with sand, but other wise, these are great. I also really like the bright colors.
