These are absolutely great. They are good quality and easy to store. They also have the ability to update the weight as you get stronger. I have not experienced any leaks or durability issues, though I would advise against throwing them or leaving them in direct sunlight to protect the material. The live weight sensation is unique; I prefer using them at the heaviest capacity to minimize sloshing, but they provide a significant core challenge when the water is allowed to move freely. While I mostly use them in my yard, they are incredibly compact when empty and would be very easy to pack for travel. If you are on the go and like the exercise equipment that is portable, this is one to add to the collection. Ability to fill will water and empty when done to put in your luggage is awesome. Some may not like how the water moves inside, and will take some getting used to if having always used ones filled with sand, but other wise, these are great. I also really like the bright colors.
