Customers find the water filter pitcher works quickly and makes water taste great, with a compact slim design that fits well in refrigerators.

Been using this pitcher daily for the past 2-3 months now and it has held up nicely. Use it primarily for filtering my tap water for making coffee and refilling bottles of water. Saving lots of money no longer buying bottled water at Costco, not to mention not having to lug the heavy bottled water packs into my cart, then into my car and into the house. Read more
This is the only filter pitcher I could find that actually fit in my refrigerator — I needed something under 9 inches tall, and this one is just under that height, so it fits perfectly in the fridge door. Almost all the others I found were around 7 inches tall and only held about 3–4 cups, which wasn’t enough for daily use. This pitcher works great, has good capacity for its size, makes clean, better-tasting water, and looks nice in the fridge. If you’re tight on space but still want a functional filter pitcher, this is a great choice Read more
The lid of the first one wasn't snapping tightly on one side. Amazon gave refund for replacement. The lid of the second one didn't snap tightly on the same side either but was a little better. I bought this because I was unhappy with Brita Metro lid not fitting tight and pouring unfiltered water also from the spout. This Aquaphor leaks even worse. I think it's a design problem, so I won't bother replacing or returning again. I wouldn't recommend either brand and I don't know what else better pitchers may be out there. The Aquaphor filter also had black dust particles and seems not as good as Brita filters. At least both brands filters are interchangeable, so I can use my remaining Brita filters in this pitcher. Update: After using it for a few weeks, I came to like it and added back another star. The lid must have reformed in time and stays attached well enough. To avoid leakage, you just have to wait for all the water to filter down before you pour. Unlike Brita's solid color reservoir, this has transparent plastic so you can you when all the water is filtered. Also this is less tapered towards the base than Brita, so it sits more square and stable. I do actually like the sipler design much better and I can recommend this product. Read more

I have a small-ish fridge in a guest house and the door shelf is 1/2in narrower than most, so majority of "small" pitchers won't fit. This is THE BEST -- fits perfectly, so easy to put together, love that their filters have dates on them so you can remember when you put it in! Read more
This has a combination of llustrations and words for directions. However the illustrations don't really make any sense. They also show numbers on the top of the filter that would relate to percentages while the filter that came with mine, has the months of the year instead. Because I've used a Brita before it was easy enough to figure out how to get it working but I'm still not sure about the time frame and when to change the filter out. I'll probably just look that up on Brita's website since I will use Brita filters to replace these. I was very skeptical that it could hold 10 cups because any of the 10 cup models that Brita makes are larger. I actually filled it with 10 cups of water to see and it did fit, until I put the filter in. So I would say it probably holds about 9 and 1/4 cups. But I definitely give them kudos for its compact slim design. It fits beautifully in the fridge. I purchased it so we could take it on vacations. If the poor instructions don't bother you, I'd say this is a nice unit for a great price. It is nice and compact. The handle is comfortable and removable. Read more

As long as it’s filtering, I’m fine with it! I can’t guarantee anything. Read more
