I love this line of aquasonic teeth products. I have the matching toothbrush and they work/look great together. The flosser has a long charge, easy to use and fill with water. I will say that if you have sensitive gums, it does take a few times with the soft setting to get your gums used to the pressure even on the lowest level of soft. There are occasions when my gums flare and the waterflossing is not the comfiest on the soft setting even though I use it every day. I really like this!! It’s very easy to use and set up for your first time. I just don’t recommend using cold water like the instructions say because it really hurt and shocked my teeth. I just used warm water from the sink. For me the soft pressure was the best. If it’s your first time, you might get some water splashed until you find out how to use it so just be prepared! Also you have to disassemble it after every use so that bacteria doesn’t contaminate the water reservoir which is really easy to do. All in all yay for happy gums! Read more

Cumbersome for me to use. Looking to return & find something else, find they're all pretty much the same size. Star off for specialized charging cable rather than almost universal USB-C. Like many others, found reservoir somewhat small but bigger one would make it more difficult to use, at least for me. Filling with warm water is a project as, in winter, I have to waste a minimum of 3 gallons of water each time for water to get warm. I live in the desert & water is like liquid gold here so I heat water in kitchen & take to bathroom; it's a pain but I don't know what plan B would be!
