This is Little Blue. She was a replacement for one we purchased at a local pet expo who unfortunately died after a few days AND had worms. We've had little blue for about a month now. Highly recommend aquatic arts! Here's why: Wonderful packaging! No leaks and very secure, lots of styrofoam for temperature control. Timely shipping and she was handled with care! I was really worried about her because she was scheduled to arrive on a 102 degree day when I was at work. I signed up for the ups emails and was notified right when she was delivered. She was placed in the back of the house in the shade. (Instead of the front steps in the sweltering sun...thanks ups!) I would suggest signing up for the alerts from the delivery company as Amazon didn't notify me she was delivered until the next day! I ran home on my lunch and put her little plastic container her tank with a bit of the aquarium water so she could adjust. When we got home that evening, she was ready to explore her new home. She's healthy! No worms or other ailments to be seen. She doesn't spend all of her time hiding like the last one. (Probably because she isn't dying). She's a bit smaller than I expected her to be, but she's growing by the day. She's spunky and lively and my son adores her! I truly believe that Aquatic Arts takes care of their stock and puts effort into making sure they are healthy, secure, and safe for their long journies to their forever homes! Read more

Mine arrived dead. I followed directions... Read more
I've owned several crawfish in the past, but this one was definitely the meanest! I had housed previous crawfish in my main tank without any issues, but this one went after EVERYTHING within minutes of being added to my tank. I ended up taking her out and putting her in a 10-gallon tank by herself. I upgraded her to a 20-gallon long tank one day, and within a week, she was carrying eggs. Given that she had never been housed with a male on my end, I couldn't believe it! In case the eggs were fertile, I ended up giving her to my local fish store for safe keeping. Her eggs DID turn out to be fertile, and she and her young ones survived. In the end, the local fish store kept her and raised the juveniles for individual sale. What a crazy story! All in all though, I love Aquatic Arts and would definitely recommend purchasing from them. Their order fulfillment time is a bit slow, but their quality is fantastic. You may even get more than you bargained for! Ha! Read more
