Overall, this is beautiful sweater- warm, well-designed, and tightly woven with an attractive pattern. The materials used are of good quality, and the sweater feels soft. This is an excellent fall to winter sweater, and I recommend it along with a couple things to be aware of before ordering: 1. While this isn't listed as oversized, the body of this is definitely over-sized. For reference, I am 5' 6" with a shorter torso and longer legs (inseam 30"). The body of the sweater is too big for me, but the drop-shoulder sleeves are perfect, well-fitting and ending just before my fingertips. Sweater length is also very good, falling just below my hips. 2. The provided size chart wasn't at all helpful to me in choosing a size. All my measurements except my bust fit well within the L or XL size. However, I weigh 20 lbs more than the top weight listed, so I didn't know if this sweater would fit at all. Having tried the XL sweater, I think a size smaller would have been a better fit. I recommend that you consider sizing DOWN, regardless of what the size chart says. 3. The quality of this is pleasantly surprising for something ordered online. I'd say the material is quite thick, medium/heavy weight, and the wool blend makes it nice and warm. I live in the south but in days in the 50s or so I can wear this with no jacket and I'm quite comfortable. This has a timeless look that will go with many outfits and won't go out of style. I went for a size larger than I normally wear (L) for the oversized look. I'd say its true to size. The size I chose is somewhat oversized but not crazy. A medium would've been more form fitting. Pretty sweater that fits as it should, it's just not very heavy or thick so I'm not sure it would keep you warm in cold weather. Maybe inside if it's drafty or you're somewhere that isn't heated but probably not outside for long periods of time - definitely wouldn't describe it as chunky myself. I also have sensitive skin and I personally found the wool/acrylic mix to be a bit scratchy. Didn't necessarily suit my needs or expectations but I'm sure it would be great for other people! I love Arach’s pieces! I order them every chance I get. This sweater is medium weight. It is very soft, and it washes and dries well. I definitely recommend drying Arach pieces lying flat. They can pill easily if not. Washing them inside out in a laundry bag is also a good tip. The fit is true to size and a bit oversized. Comfy. It is versatile and can be dressed down at home while being cozy or dressed up for work. The knot is an interesting pattern.
