Its one of the better products like this that I've seen. It mixes without any fuss, and is easy to digest. I've not had any issues like a sour or upset stomach. The taste is subtle, but good, and there's a bit of a "green" flavor that you get with products that contain ingredients like spirulina. I find it pleasing, but some may be put off by it. I've not noticed any obvious positive effects, but I'm pretty healthy and fit to begin with. The ingredient list is pretty good. It contains a lot of things that fall into the "super foods" category - like spirulina, wheat grass, spinach, etc. The product is top notch, but the price will probably scare most people away. At around $4 a serving, its still cheaper than a smoothie from a health shop, but its not as cheap as other products out there. Perhaps you get what you pay for... Anyway, if the cost doesn't worry you, I think you'll be impressed. Read more

I have to be honest, my sister has been trying to get me to try this GreenSynergy Elixir for months, and I always rolled my eyes. I'm not a "green drink" guy and was completely skeptical, thinking it was just overpriced hype. I finally gave in and started taking it daily about two weeks ago, and I have to admit, I was wrong. The main barrier for me with other powders has been the taste and the mess. The functionality of these single-serving stick packs is what made it easy to stick with. There's no measuring green dust all over the kitchen counter; I just rip one open and mix it with water. It desolves quickly. I've been drinking it in the evening to wrap up my day, and it's incredibly convenient. The citrus flavor is surprisingly refreshing and doesn't have that gritty, lawn-clipping taste I expected. I never expect to feel much health benefits with products like this, but I've genuinely noticed my digestion feels smoother. Aside from health benefits, ive noticed my energy levels have improved too. The high quality is undeniable when you look at the ingredient list - it's packed with digestive enzymes, probiotics, and more, not just basic greens. This was my biggest hang-up, but I've come around on the value for money. When I consider what I might spend on other drinks or supplements to feel better, this all-in-one product makes sense. For anyone on the fence like I was, I'd say it's worth a try. The excellent functionality and noticeable quality make it a worthwhile part of my daily routine now. Read more
A close family member was told to take a good probiotic after a recent round of antibiotics. They reported that there was a slight greens type of taste and that the product was slightly hard to get mixed completely. The packets are a good way to take this along with a packed lunch. They have reported no negative side effects. We are not medical professionals and are unable to give medical advice. The price seems to be rather high on this and am not sure why. Read more
I’ve known about the company Arbonne since the early 1980’s. I’ve long been impressed by their quality standards. So when I saw this new product (new to me), Green Synergy Elixir, I was excited to try it. I’m a big fan of greens powders because I’ve found they are an easy way for me to get a lot of vitamins, minerals, and important nutrients into my diet. This greens powder from Arbonne comes in individual little pre-measured packets that I just tear open and mix into my water, juice, or smoothie. So easy! It has a nice, mild citrus flavor that is also a little sweet, thanks to the fruit blend in it. I really enjoy the taste of it and find it easy to drink every day or so. The greens include spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, wheat grass, spinach, kale, and broccoli. It is nicely balanced out by the sweetness of mango, banana, cranberry, tart cherry, and blueberry. It also contains prebiotics, probiotics, and enzymes which support my gut health. On top of that, many other healthy herbs and extracts are included, such as chicory root, sea buckthorn, gotu kola, hyaluronic acid, chamomile, ginger, and pine bark extract. Though there’s also a little cane sugar, for those of you with sugar sensitivities. However, it is all vegan and free of gluten, dairy, and soy. About the only ingredient that looks suspicious to me is the “natural flavor.” What is this, really? I hope it’s not MSG! I love all the purported benefits of this greens powder. Supposedly, it’s good for a healthy gut and digestion, decreasing bloating. It supports collagen production, which is good for my skin and hopefully has anti-aging effects. The box contains 30 packets, so it’s good for a month’s supply, or a little longer if I can stretch it out by taking it less frequently. Unfortunately, I find the price is a little steep for me and I’m hesitant to reorder for that reason, though I’m sure the quality warrants it. Read more
Has a light citrus note but mostly tastes like seaweed. No bitterness, but it clumps and settles fast, so you have to drink it quickly. That means not mix able. So, no it is not easy to use. Honestly, it’s cheaper, tastier, and probably healthier to just eat a daily portion of fruits and vegetables. Still not sure why it costs $120, but I won’t be having any more. I will try to give it away to a health nut friend. Read more

These are okay but not especially tasty. I was able to get one down, but I've not tried since. It wasn't altogether unpleasant, but it wasn't something I think I would willingly do again. The price point on these is outrageous so I am def not going to waste them. I think I'll try mixing it in a berry smoothy or something and seeing if it is more tolerable. It does seem to have a lot of good stuffs in it for you. Read more
