Size is great travel with ease build quality is really good ,very good organization , good value for the money. We really that you can store actual pill bottles in it so no digging around. Very Nice Medicine holder. With removable dividers That I set up for knowing which meds are 1 a day and which meds are 2 a day. And so on! One thing I love is the locking of either the top insulated compartment or the Bottom big compartment! The reason for the 4 stars is mainly about the zippers. They are hard to close and open. Only because it seems the material isn’t tight enough where you have to hold the material and then run the zipper or the zipper gets stuck. That’s it. I love the bag. This is a great bag - sized correctly and certainly very easy to tote - the only thing - and it is not a big thing - is that it is not easy to zip closed in the bottom part as it is too soft along the zip line - but the rest of the greatness out does the zip issue - it is strong, great to use for many things - I tote my nebulizer and medications and supplies in it - nice to have them all in one container - plenty of room.
