I had a smaller space in my powder bath in this 20 x 30 mirror works perfect. Install was very fairly straightforward with screwing into screws and hooking it on the back of the mirror., my install was a little bit more challenging because I had to draw through Tile, but other than that easy Reflection in the mirror looks good. Gold trim looks nice., some other reviews talked about the sea, and you do see it but no big deal. In my opinion you really gotta be looking for it. Great value for the money. Hanging system was extremelly easy to use, similiar to a French cleat. The overall design was natural enough to fit into a mixture of styles, and the Brushed gold color fit in just perfectly to our bathroom design. It stays clear, vision wise, in our water closet. I ordered a 26x38 and it works great for the space. The mirror is very heavy duty (I think the frame is metal), and surprisingly it didn’t shatter during delivery which is what I was most afraid for. Definitely worth the purchase! Read more
