Provides great support and noticeable relief for heels and the fascia area. I have high arches, and while the included black detachable arch support offers extra support for high arches, I found it unnecessary.... it actually felt like an overcorrection for my arches. Once I removed that extra arch support piece (they are conveniently removable), the inserts were perfect. Trimming them to fit my shoes was also easy. If anything changes over the next few weeks, I'll update my review, but so far, so good..... and honestly, these are far better than my custom orthotics that I had made at my podiatrist office. I have tried all sorts of insoles even had a chiropractor sell one and also had medically made ones. Well by far, these are the best if the support is too much for your arch you can remove the bottom but it will be super soft without it. Buy these you cannot go wrong!! Read more
