I've used for years and can no longer buy in store. Advice don't wash face. 4 minutes is not long enough 7 min for course hair. Don't put balm on until next day or it will burn freshly removed hair areas. Read more

It does work only leaving a few of the course hard hairs in tact but, I used tweezers to remove those and they were easier to remove then followed by the soothing cream so far so good as I have used this product twice now. Very light pleasant smell not over whelming and the soothing cream smells great. I did not have any discomfort or redness. I did only the recommended eight minutes and waited 48 hours before my second application. I will continue to use this on my chin for several more weeks to see if the product starts to lessen the growth of chin hairs and will give you another review as to how this process is going. I will tell you I am 58 and I have battled with this since the birth of my son 36 years ago and I am desperately hoping this will help me. Upon discussing this with my dermatologist this product is what he recommended he wrote it down and suggested Amazon because Sally’s had changed products no longer carrying it. Read more

This works great for getting rid of those pesky, unwanted facial hairs. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't bother me. Do not exceed the time they say to leave on. If not everything comes off, wait a day to use again. I would recommend for anyone to use. Read more
