When they first sent this to me I had to contact them because the cord included was black. I bought this set because I needed white. The company was very nice and credited me $3 to buy a new cord. Should have been white, as advertised, in the first place, but I found a white cord for that price so it all worked out. I only used this a few times (perhaps 3). It will no longer charge. At all. Trimmer was barely charged when it arrived. More importantly neither the instructions, nor Rufus, nor the product details provided what size adapter is needed for the USB charging cable. As all rechargeable devices that use a USB charging cable need an adapter and very seldom are they the same size. If you’re not going to provide the adapter with this product, please provide this information (adapter size needed) so the adapter can be purchased, if necessary, at the same time as the trimmer. I finally found the correct size adapter but the time and effort it took to do so, took away my excitement of getting and using this product. Read more
