When you have all boys in your family, they don’t always tell you the truth! How are you supposed to know it took over over 50 years to get one of these. I did the waxing of the nose hairs for too long waxing the facial hair for too long, this is pain-free and easy! I know what is there now and what is not there! So easy! I have confidence nothing is hanging out anywhere! Just a little tall that fits into every little hole that shouldn’t have hair and whisp it away! When they first sent this to me I had to contact them because the cord included was black. I bought this set because I needed white. The company was very nice and credited me $3 to buy a new cord. Should have been white, as advertised, in the first place, but I found a white cord for that price so it all worked out. I only used this a few times (perhaps 3). It will no longer charge. At all. I contacted the company and they have not responded. More "Amazon" crap, total waste of money. Read more
Trimmer was barely charged when it arrived. More importantly neither the instructions, nor Rufus, nor the product details provided what size adapter is needed for the USB charging cable. As all rechargeable devices that use a USB charging cable need an adapter and very seldom are they the same size. If you’re not going to provide the adapter with this product, please provide this information (adapter size needed) so the adapter can be purchased, if necessary, at the same time as the trimmer. I finally found the correct size adapter but the time and effort it took to do so, took away my excitement of getting and using this product. Read more
