Ariat Mens Rebar M4 Relaxed Durastretch Washed Twill Dungaree Boot Cut Pant

I've worked in the construction, logging, and (now) land surveying industries, and with that, I've tried a lot of different brands of work pants over the last 35 years. I can honestly say that these are the best I've worn to date. The cut of these are perfect for jobs with a lot of movement... they simply move with you. And the stretch canvas material adds comfort when maximizing the motion of these pants. So far, I have also found them quite durable for single front pants (no double knees). A lot of reviews comment that these pants are cut long at the inseam... and they are correct. I wear a 38x36 in most pants, and these are more like a 38x38. BUT... after wearing them for a while I am starting to think that the long cut is intentional by the folks at Ariat. The pant cuffs stack up very nicely over work boots and will never become high waters when you are stretching them to their max. The waist sizing is pretty true to fit and very comfortable. One last thing... i also wear these in the office. They are pretty stylish and look professional indoors or out. I now own three pairs. Two in charcoal gray and one in khaki brown. I said fits as expected but I had to buy 3 sizes smaller than usual. I wear a 36 waist but when I tried those on in a store they fell right off. Tried 34 and they were big so I knew 33 would fit nice. Don't know why they make them so big but just beware before you order. I recomend to try them on someplace first. However these pants are very comfortable and I'm going to get another pair. Read more

Nice durable material but not overly hot compared to some others I've tried. I'm really liking these. They fit well, aren't too tight or too baggy. I now have 3 pair of these. A little pricey but seem to be holding up better than cheaper pants I've had. Read more

Great fit. New favorite pants. Rear pocket material is thin. Mine got snagged on something at work and ripped a hole. I was a little upset at first, but after I examined the tear I realized if I had been wearing jeans I would've been cut. They are very comfortable and can be worn as an everyday pant and not just for work. Not a dress pant at all. Material does have some stretch, so I went a full size down in the waist and they were perfect in the waist. Length was just right once I put on a pair of work boots. Price is a little high, but if you don't care about the color you might find cheaper options like I did. One thing to note is that the pants and jeans DO NOT fit similarly, so if you're ordering M4 jeans as well I suggest getting them at least one size bigger in the waist. Three stars because, while the quality is high, the size and shape aren't anything resembling accurate. Men's sizes are objective: 32" waist, 32" inseam. These pants are way out of spec. I've worn the same size for decades and these are not that size. They're at least 34/34, but that doesn't really matter because if you can't trust the measurements, who knows what you'll get? Additionally, the cut is just all wrong. They aren't low waisted and they're not boot cut. They're more like a relaxed fit. Extremely relaxed. Concealed-Desert-Eagle relaxed. Read more
