I've been wearing Ariats almost as long as the company has been around. I trip to Fort Worth in the mid '90s converted me from a Justin wearer to an Arias wearer. I wish I still had that first pair of Jessie lace up boots I'd bought back then, but sigh I wore them out. I have a variety Ariats for different situations. My faithful riding boot is about worn out, I mean they are like 15 years old. So it's time to designate my other oldest pair for the barn. This pair had my favorite color, teal, and a very comfortable sole. I like a shorter pair for my everyday wear, so these checked all the boxes. If you are new to Ariat, it's easier to use the European sizing to figure out what you need. I wear a size 8 1/2-9 in sneakers, but always 8 in Ariats. Amazon tried to tell me different, but I knew. I used shoe stretchers overnight and was able to use them comfortably to ride the next day! Rode for over 3 hours in these brand new boots and no blisters in sight!! I’ve had these boots for 3.5 months and have worn them maybe 10 times and today the bottom of the sole peeled off. I have not even worn these boots for work or in mud. I’ve had Ariats my whole life and have never had issues with the quality but I am terribly disappointed in these. Read more
